There’s a helpdesk service organized in the St.hills complex – competent personal, English speaking coordinators will help in any everyday problems. Complex area is secured and has an access control.

For residents of the complex are available infrastructures of the Strawberry hills Hotel: bar, restaurants, fitness center. The restaurant "Venetian courtyard" offers a cozy atmosphere where you can taste delicious food and drinks, and spend a corporate Banquet or family dinner.

Our complex is actively growing. In this year 2014 were built over sixty new apartments. New apartments lighter, equipped with new appliances, led lighting, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, heated floors, air conditioning.
